Nanda Ameliany, NIM 709441030 Influence of Classroom Management and Teacher Performance On Student Achievement On Economic Subjects Class X SMAN 1 Bintang Bayu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Academic Year 2012/2013. The problem in this study is whether there is Influence of Classroom Management and Teacher Performance On Student Achievement On Economic Subjects Class X SMAN 1 Bintang Bayu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Academic Year 2012/2013. Thesis. Department of Economic Education, Study Program of Tata Niaga Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan, 2013. This study aims to determine Influence of Classroom Management and Teacher Performance On Student Achievement On Economic Subjects Class X SMAN 1 Bintang Bayu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Academic Year 2012/2013. Thesis. Department of Economic Education, Study Program of Tata Niaga Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan, 2013. The research was carried out in SMAN 1 Bintang Bayu whit a student population of all class X which amounts to 103 student. Intake sample used sampling proporsional which amount to 32 student. Technique data collecting the used is observation, documentation and enquette. Technique analyse the used data to know influence of variable X1 and X2 of Y is using by the regression formula and to the hypothesis used by the formula test t. Calculation results of multiple linier regression are seen from output SPSS 19,0 for windows obtained Y = 46,110 + 0,246X1 + 0,231X2. Calculation result test F obtained the value Fhitung 25,392 > Ftabel 3,33 the significant level 95% and α = 5% whith dk = 32 – 3 = 29. The magnitude of the numbers R Square (r2) 61,2% that the Classroom Management and Teacher Performance equal to influence 61,2% On Student Achievement and the balance of 38,8% influenced by other variables that are not the focus of this research. Hypotesis testing results show that variable classroom management (X1) obtained the values thitung sebesar 3,178 > ttabel 1,699. And the variable Teacher Performance (X2) obtained the values thitung sebesar 5,465 > ttabel 1,699 whith n = 32 at signification mount α = 0,05. Corresponding acceptance ad rejection criteria, the hypothesis raised is accepted. Conclusions were obtained : (1) There is a significant effect on classroom management beetwen learning achievement of economic. (2) There is a significant effect on teacher performance beetwen learning achievement of economic. (3) There is a significant influence beetwen classroom management and teacher performance for studying the economic achievement of students in class X SMAN 1 Bintang Bayu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Academic Year 2012/2013.
