Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of NAA and BAP application on growth and development of planlet of orchids through in vitro techniques. Experimental design used was randomized complete design with three replications. NAA as the first factor consists of three level of concentration,i.e. 0,1 mg/l; 0,2 mg/l; and 0,3 mg/l. The second factor is concentration of BAP, i. e. 0,1 mg/l; 0,2 mg/l and 0,3 mg/l. The results showed that NAA effects the growth and development of planlet. The best concentration of NAA was at 0,3 mg/l while BAP at concentration of 0,3 mg/l. The best interaction is found on application of NAA and BAP as much as 0,3 mg/l and 0,1 mg/l.
