Abstract
free trade trough tarif reductionand progressively nontariff abolishment has ben one side leading into improvement of national and international economic. on the othe side, the system causes negatve impact an national economic for the member state. one the negatife impactwhict can be found s the reduction price of the impored goods. based on the aboev mentioned, the government issues presidential decree no 82 of 2002 about sefaguard action on domestic industriesfrom imported good reduction prices.
