Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of the organization fit person, satisfaction of work, organizational commitment toward employee performance of PT. Bank Aceh Branch Lhokseumawe. The samples of this research were 64 employees of PT Bank Aceh branch Lhokseumawe. The questionnaires and census sampling ware used to collecting data Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hypothesis testing using scripts mediation effect of Preacher and Hayes. The results showed that the person organization fit, job satisfaction, organizational commitment significantly influence performance. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between the person organization fit. On other hand, performance, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between the person organization fit, and performance.
