Abstract

The aim of research to determine the relationship of development budget development and local revenue with economic growth in the province Aceh. To determine the impact of Development budget and Local Revenue on economic growth in the province Aceh. The methodology used is unrestredted VAR (Vector autoregressive) models, with time series data 1984-2014 period. The results showed that development budget and local revenue to economic growth in the province Aceh is not so impacted. The relationship between the local revenue is described by development budget the previous three years and economic growth in the province of Aceh in the same year.
