Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the accounting profit, cash flow, operating cash flows investing cash flows and funding influential simultaneously or parssial against the stock price on property companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual report property companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2010-2014 in the annual source data comes from the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX). Sample a number of 10 companies. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the study showed that the operating cash flows stock prices significantly. Accounting profit for the accounting profit, cash flow, investing cash flows and funding the simultaneous partial or no effect on stock prices significantly to property companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.
