Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the influence of loan Policy, Earnings per share, Net Profit Margin and Profitability toward Dividend Payout Ratio. The population of this research was all of company in Index of LQ45 during 2010-2014 and the sample was taken by using purpossive sampling. There were 7 qualified companies decided by the period of 2010-2014. The model of analysis was multiple linear regression. The result partially showed that loan policy, Earnings Per Share and Net Profit Margin had no influence on Dividend Payout Ratio. Profitability influenced on Dividend Payout Ratio, and simultaneously showed that loan Policy, Earnings per share, Net Profit Margin and Profitability mutually influenced on Dividend Payout Ratio at the companies ofLQ45 in the period of2010-2014.
