Abstract
The Existence of Qanun Mukim is a need in execute the Mukim’s Government in Aceh, because Mukim is a special and specific thing for the Government of Aceh. Regulation considering qanun mukim is highly recommended in Indonesian legal hierarchy, specifically in Aceh. Qanun Mukim can be positioned in between Regency Qanun and Village Qanun
