Abstract
Islamic law in Aceh justice by the Syar'iyah Court a Special Court within the Religious Courts. Islamic law in Aceh Judicial (Syar'iyah Court) is a special court in the religious courts throughout the judicial authority concerning religious authority, and a special court in the general judicial authority concerning all judicial authority generally. Court Syar'iyah authority as special courts as described in Section 3A of Act Number 3 of 2006 is no longer limited in the field of civil, but also includes field mu'amalah and jinayah. As part of the Indonesian judicial system, the Court Syar'iyah has two basic competence, which is authorized and partly Religious Court authorized the General Court. Improvement regarding the additional powers of the Court Syar'iyah shall be in the form of specific legislation governing Syar'iyah Court as a special court as stipulated in Article 24 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution.
