Abstract

Maqashid shari'ah `ah can be divided into three kinds. First, from the point of incidence, the maqasid be divided into two categories: first, maqasid maker Shari'ah (Allah and His Messenger), both Maqasid al mukallaf (Human) Second, the classification of the universality, divided into two categories; maqasid kulliyah and juz'iyah, maqasid kulliyah is shari'ah `at universal goals that are agile can be understood by the human mind and is summarized in five. While the definition is maqasid juz'iyyah goals - goals that are specific to one law, and usually expressed by jurists (yurispunden Islam) with wisdom term, confidential, or cause. Third, the division of the originality, divided into two categories namely; ashliyah (outentik) and taba `iyah (complement). Maqasid ashliyah is the main purpose is deliberately planned by the makers of shari'ah `at (Allah and His Messenger).
