Abstract
Abstract Social Capital and Community Income. Social capital is a productive factor in inducing accelerated development including an increase in rural incomes after the tsunami in addition to human capital, physical capital and economic capital. This study aims to analyze the role of social capital to increase people's income after the tsunami. The data were analyzed descriptively, statistically significant difference test, and regression analysis. The results showed that social capital significantly to the increase in family income after the tsunami. Keywords: Social capital, networks, norms, trust, collective action, income.
