Abstract
The result of this study shows that the implementation of UU No. 24/2000 about International Treaty is not consistent with the rule of treaty making practice and treaty making powers. Therefore, It should be more consistent with the rules of UU No. 24/2000 and the government should prepare the JUKLAK (technical guidance) for the implementation of UU No. 24/2000 about International Treaty.
