Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to determine the instruments Regional Development Expenditure and Revenues have an impact on economic growth in the province and to know instsrumen which has a stronger relationship with economic growth in the province. The methodology used is the model unrestricted VAR (Vector Autoregresive) with time series data in the period 1984-2014. The results of the research found that the reception area, a shopping development and economic growth are not cointegrated. The reception area is described by spending the previous three years of development and economic growth in the same year. Meanwhile, construction spending and economic growth do not have real influence among three variables studied and economic growth in the province of Aceh is not determined by the construction spending and reception area Keywords: Budget Development, Local Revenue, Economic Growth
