Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effect of Changes in Revenue Sharing Budget towards Changes in Capital Expenditure Budget in Regencies / Cities in Aceh Province. The population in this study is the Regional Government Financial Report obtained from Regional Budget Revenue (APBD) data in the form of data on revenue sharing funds and capital expenditure in 23 districts / cities in Aceh from 2014 to 2016 with a total population of 69 LKPD. By using the linear regression analysis method as a data analysis method. The results of this study indicate the Changes in Revenue Sharing Budget affect the Changes in Capital Expenditure Budget in Regencies / Cities in Aceh. Keywords: Amended Capital Expenditure Budget, Amended Profit Sharing Fund Budget.
