Abstract

this study purposely aimed at determining and analyzing the influance of site awareness, Quality of product information, quality of service information, and security perception toward online shopping relational benefits of the faculty of economics students, Universitas Malikussaleh lhokseumawe. This Study is quantitative descriptive research in descriptive explanatory manner. The population is the students of the faculty of economics universitas malikussaleh who have conducted more than twice online shoppins. The sampling technique used is accindental sampling. Methods of data gathering are interview, questionnairs, and documentary study. the data is analyzed through multiple linear regression. The result shows that site awareness, quality of product information, quality of serviceinformation, and security perception have simultaneous significantly influance the relational benefits of online shopping
