Abstract
One of the duties of secretary are arranging the reception and represent the managers to receptions. Therefore secretary should be understand and master the procedure of table manner as the host as well as invitation. Presentation of etique table manner should be refelcted the norms of that was believed as to be true, as a setting space, the table of honor, smooth, service menu, food serving and the manner of banquents should pay attention ans as weel as the rules of the common banquest in the protocol, such as the plan to seat, how to sit, how to used the dinner set, how to eat, how to speak and clothing should be warm. Overall regulation this rules is not intended to impede the course of the banquets. The mastery manners show personality and adjusment secretary in the association
