Abstract
The purpose of this research was induced somaclanal variation in for chrysanthenum cultivar by using cholchicine through in vitro culture. The reasearch design was factorial completely randomized design with ten replication. The fisrt factor consisted of four chrysanthemum cultivars namely fuji white, puma putih, fiji dark and stroika. The second factor consisted of six level cholchicine consentration i.e, 0, 0,01, 0,025, 0,05, 0,075 and 0,1 %. The result show that the growht of planlet after treatment of cholchicine much slower than control
